Parking rates are cooling off
this summer in Miami Beach!

$1 per hour parking for up to 3 hours per parking session with the ParkMobile app only*
Overview:
In an effort to help local businesses in what traditionally has been one of the slowest periods of the year, the City of Miami Beach has announced a flat $1-per-hour parking rate for the months of July and August at municipal parking lots, garages and on-street parking throughout the city.
Program Details:
- Discounted Rate: $1 per hour, up to 3 hours per parking session.
- Promo Code System: When a user enters a zone number in the ParkMobile app, a Pop-Up Banner will prompt them to enter a promo code specific to the zone or district.
- Auto-Lock Feature: Once entered, the code will remain active for that zone type. The user will not need to re-enter it for the remainder of the promotion in any other zone with the same hourly rate.
- Session Limit: Each user will receive 15 discounted sessions, which equals up to 45 hours of discounted parking. Users may use all 15 sessions at any pace, including consecutive sessions in the same day.

Additional Notes:
- Each individual session is capped at 3 hours . However, users can initiate additional 3-hour sessions back-to-back until they reach their 15-session limit.
- The promotion is available in all municipal parking zones citywide.
