Facilities and Fleet Management

The Facilities and Fleet Management Department is responsible for three divisions: Asset Management, Facilities Management, and Fleet Management. This department provides comprehensive management and maintenance of City-owned assets including facilities, real property, and fleet vehicles. Industry standards, policies, streamlining of processes, and data-driven decisions lead the way to support these City services. The department is comprised of professional, skilled, and non-skilled labor.
