1) HPB File No. 1097, 155 Lincoln Road - DiLido/Ritz Carlton. The applicant, DiLido Beach Hotel, Corp., is requesting an amendment to the Final Order for a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness for Demolition for the partial demolition of an existing nine (9) story hotel, as well as the demolition of an existing cabana building in the rear of the property, in order to allow for the demolition of the rear cabana building prior to the issuance of a Full Building Permit for the entire development project.

APPROVED: Subject to applicant obtaining a Foundation Permit.

 

2) HPB File No. 1126, 1550 - 1560 Lenox Avenue - Bellsouth Switching Station. The applicant, Bellsouth Telecommunications, Inc., is requesting that the Historic Preservation Board redesignate an existing structure from non-contributing to contributing.

APPROVED.

 

PREVIOUSLY CONTINUED PROJECT REQUIRING DEMOLITION

1) HPB File No. 1120, 1620 Drexel Avenue - Miami Beach Community Church. The applicant, The Miami Design Preservation League (MDPL), is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for Demolition for the demolition of two (2) masonry piers in conjunction with the installation of new masonry piers, an awning and signage.

APPROVED: In accordance with Joint Board Final Order.
