Requests for Certificates of Appropriateness:
a. HPB File No. 1131; 1729 Lenox Avenue. The applicant, Joseph B. Kaller, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for Demolition and for New Construction for the enclosure of four (4) masonry window openings at the northeast corner of the subject building in order to accommodate a one (1) story bedroom addition.
CONTINUED: to March 14, 2000 due to lack of a quorum.
Requests for Extensions of Time:
a. DRB File No. 9800J, 1437-1465 Collins Avenue. The applicant, Whitehouse on the Beach Land Trust, is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Building Permit for a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review approval for the demolition of an existing one (1) story retail structure and the construction of a two (2) story (37'0" to the top of the roof and 49' to the highest architectural projection) retail building.

b. DRB File No. 10518, 900 Fourth Street. The applicant, Mutual Holdings Inc., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a six (6) unit, five (5) story (45' to the top of the roof) condominium building.

c. DRB File No. 11468, Alton Road between Michigan Avenue and Biscayne Street - SSDI South. The applicant, The Related Group of Florida, is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review approval for the construction of a 37-story residential building, inclusive of a 435-space, three (3) story parking garage and thirteen (13) townhome units abutting the garage structure.

1. 1111 COLLINS AVENUE - TUDOR HOTEL
a. DRB File No. 12104J, 1111 Collins Avenue - Tudor Hotel. The applicant, Tudor Hotel Associates, Inc., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review Approval for the construction of an exterior terrace, outdoor bar and perimeter wall.
b. HPB File No. 1122, 1111 Collins Avenue - Tudor Hotel. The applicant, Tudor Hotel Associates, Inc., is requesting an after-the-fact Certificate of Appropriateness for Demolition for the demolition of an existing exterior terrace and perimeter wall, in conjunction with the construction of a new exterior terrace, outdoor bar and perimeter wall.
CONTINUED: to April 11, 2000 at the request of the applicant.
2. 433 - 449 LINCOLN ROAD - JARMAN BUILDING
a. DRB File No. 12569J; 433 - 449 Lincoln Road - Jarman Building. The applicant, JDH-Lincoln, LLC, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review Approval for the demolition, alteration and renovation of existing storefronts.
b. HPB File No. 1130; 433 - 449 Lincoln Road - Jarman Building. The applicant, JDH-Lincoln, LLC, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for Demolition for the demolition, alteration and renovation of existing storefronts.
CONTINUED: to March 14, 2000 due to lack of a quorum on the Historic Preservation Board.
3. 825 WASHINGTON AVENUE - CLINTON HOTEL
a. DRB File No. 12651J, 825 Washington Avenue, The Clinton Hotel. The applicant, Clinton Hotel Investors LLC is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review approval for the renovation of the existing hotel structure and the construction of two (2) one-story additions to the south side of the existing structure, a one-story rooftop addition to the main building and a one-story rooftop addition to the existing north wing creating 17 new hotel units, inclusive of a new courtyard with a pool, expanded dining facilities and subterranean parking.
b. HPB File No. 1132, 825 Washington Avenue, The Clinton Hotel. The applicant, Clinton Hotel Investors LLC is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for Demolition for the partial demolition of an existing hotel, in conjunction with the construction of two (2) one-story additions to the south side of the existing structure, a one-story rooftop addition to the main building and a one-story rooftop addition to the existing north wing creating 17 new hotel units, inclusive of a new courtyard with a pool, expanded dining facilities and subterranean parking.
CONTINUED: to March 14, 2000 to address design and appropriateness concerns.
Requests for Rehearing:
1. DRB File No. 12105J, 1020 Ocean Drive, Clevelander Hotel. Peter Szabo of 960 Collins Avenue, is requesting a rehearing of a Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review approval for the partial demolition, substantial renovation and restoration of an existing hotel structure and pool deck, as well as the construction of a five (5) story addition. The application was approved at the November 16, 1999 Joint Board meeting, and if the request for a rehearing is granted by the Board, the matter may be heard immediately.
CONTINUED: Re-hearing set for March 14, 2000
Previously Continued Matters:
1. DRB File No. 12319J, 1041 Collins Avenue - Park One. The applicant, Park One of Florida, Inc., is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review Approval for the removal of an existing grade level municipal parking lot in order to construct a six (6) story public parking structure, with ground level retail.
CONTINUED: to March 14, 2000 to address design concerns of Board.
2. DRB File No. 12570J; 1040 Collins Avenue. The applicant, Sprint PCS, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness and Design Review Approval for the installation of wireless antennas and communication equipment on the roof-top of an existing residential building.
CONTINUED: to March 14, 2000 to address design concerns of Board.

1. DRB File No. 12316, 1021 Bay Drive - Le Lofts. The applicant, 910 Country Club Prado, Inc., is requesting Design Review Approval for a twelve (12) unit, four (4) story apartment building.
CONTINUED: to March 14, 2000 to address design concerns of Board.
New DRB Projects
1. DRB File No. 12652, 6932-6944 Collins Avenue, Golden Mile Shops. The applicant, Isaac Sklar, is requesting Design Review approval for the demolition of an existing one-story commercial structure and the new construction of a one-story retail building, inclusive of parking on the rear of the property, accessed from the Municipal parking lot facing Harding Avenue.
