Homeoffs Aims to Redefine Home and Workplace

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many companies to embrace work-from-home solutions. For some, the transition may stick. Through its membership-based model, Homeoffs offers comfortable, private offices and bright conference rooms that can be booked by the hour.
Located at 1355 Alton Rd. in Miami Beach, Homeoffs is an exclusive business community where members have access to modern and private workspaces, concierge services, a variety of business event programming as well as opportunities for networking.
“Work is changing as we know it. Many people are working from home now and working from home can provide its own challenges and distractions,” explained Pauline Nivens, community director of Homeoffs. “We wanted to provide the Miami Beach community with a solution to those problems.”
One of the focal points in the creation of Homeoffs was to shift away from the traditional corporate environment and provide a boutique, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere in which work can get done. The 3,373 square foot corner property includes 17 private offices with great lighting as well as two conference rooms, which can be reserved for group meetings.
Members can book their own private office space or conference room via the Homeoffs App.
Whether you are in town for the week or just a few days, Homeoffs offers a concierge-style service that can plug you into the latest arts and culture happenings around town to make the most of your visit.
Homeoffs offers three options for business professionals. The Miami Beach Club Membership covers office use and access to all amenities, including 20 hours of private office space per month.
The Virtual Club Membership, which is tailored to Miami Beach visitors, offers a Miami Beach business address where members can receive business mail. Users can temporarily upgrade to the Miami Beach Club Membership whenever they come to town at a discounted rate.
Not sure if you’re ready to commit to a membership just yet, but interested in learning more about Homeoffs? Walk-ins are also welcome at an hourly rate. All memberships and reservations can be made via the Homeoffs app, which is available for download through the iOS app store.
“Come visit the premises, come see the space and all we have to offer,” Nivens added. “You’ll notice it’s just as inviting as home, without the interruptions.”
