Project Limits
- Muss Park Pavilion
Scope of Work
- Demolishing the existing park pavilion (approximately 2,000 square feet)
- Construction of a new park pavilion (approximately 4,000 square feet) to accommodate approximately 120 children
- The new interior space will meet American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards
- The new pavilion will include ADA restrooms, storage, a warming kitchen, office space, a reception area, a mechanical room and an air conditioning system
- Installation of automatic bi fold doors to enclose the pavilion during inclement weather
- Existing green space is to be maintained
- Demolition and replacement of the existing seawall with a new sheet pile seawall and cap
- New fencing, gates and new concrete walkways
- New landscaping
- New Irrigation upgrades
