Project Limits / Location

  • Lincoln Road between Washington Avenue and Lenox Avenue
  • Meridian, Drexel and Pennsylvania Avenues between Lincoln Road and 17 Street

Scope of Work

The design consultant's scope of work includes preparing plans for future construction of all landscape, architecture and engineering elements that will be a part of the Lincoln Road Business District Improvements. All design work is the starting phase of carrying out the approved master plan for this area.
