The City of Miami Beach in collaboration with Ocean Terrace Holdings, LLC (“OTH”) is excited to announce the start of construction of Ocean Terrace Park, which is the culmination of many years of community collaboration intended to beautify and pedestrianize the Ocean Terrace corridor east of Collins Avenue between 73 and 75 streets.

The Raymond Jungles designed project will be a key destination in North Beach and will link existing greenspaces to the north and south along a section of the renovated Beachwalk. Ocean Terrace Park will be a pedestrian-only sanctuary where the public can immerse themselves in the natural world within an urban setting. The park will include open public spaces and water features  that will integrate seamlessly into lush plantings inspired by native dune vegetation.
