The City of Miami Beach is planning to submit two grant applications to the Rebuild Florida General Infrastructure Program administered by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO). The program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant- Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) allocation as described in Public Law 115-123. A total of $175,000,000.00 in funding has been allocated by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) for the Rebuild Florida General Infrastructure Program.
