Nominate a Miami Beach Woman Worth Knowing

The Miami Beach Commission for Women is now accepting nominations for the 2020 Women Worth Knowing awards. This year, the Committee would like to recognize four women who help others in the field of public service, including government, non-profit professionals and volunteers. Nominees shall have provided exemplary public service and their contributions shall have benefited our community in unique and meaningful ways. The deadline to receive nominations is Friday, January 31, 2020. All nominees must reside or work in Miami Beach.

This year, the Miami Beach Commission for Women will also be accepting nominations for Unsung Heroes, honoring women whose great deeds often go unnoticed. The awards ceremony for the Women Worth Knowing and Unsung Heroes will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Capital One Café on Lincoln Road.
