The next wave of opportunities lies in the coming of age of the Post-War Modern MiMo buildings. Beginning with the $322 million rehab of the Fontainebleau Hotel in 2009, there are a series of MiMo buildings now under rehabilitation and hundreds more waiting for reinvestment.
