During deliberations pursuant to Resolution 2022-32261 (the proposed General Obligation Bond for Arts and Culture), the Mayor and City Commission directed the Administration to add another category for the development of workforce housing benefiting artists and persons associated with the City’s cultural institutions.

This additional category will help address the need for additional affordable and workforce housing units in the community.

The Workforce Housing allocation may be used to cover costs associated with the design, construction, operation and maintenance of workforce housing projects benefiting the City’s cultural institutions and the community at large.
