Unveiling at: 420 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL, USA
Join us and the City of Miami Beach for the unveiling of two remarkable public art installations on November 19th at 10 AM, starting on the 400 block of Lincoln Road: Daniel Anderson’s XO World Monumental Sculpture and Rubem Robierb’s Dream Machine Butterfly.
XO World Monumental Sculpture
Designed by artist Daniel Anderson, this striking sculpture symbolizes inclusiveness, hope, and positivity. Inspired by the universal game of Jacks, which has brought joy to children across cultures for generations, the “XO World” features an “X” that represents a Jack with crossed arms, conveying love in universal sign language. The “O” is depicted as a globe, symbolizing unity among humanity. Standing 12 feet high and spanning 24 feet long, this impressive piece is crafted from 20,000 lbs. of stainless steel, towering above onlookers.
Dream Machine II
Rubem Robierb’s “Dream Machine“ embodies the essence of our deepest desires and aspirations. The wings serve as a powerful symbol of resilience, reflecting the fragile human condition that endures despite challenges. As you place yourself between the wings and make a wish, imagine traveling to the place where your dreams will come true. This sculpture honors dreamers—those who dedicate their lives to making the impossible possible.
Join us in celebrating these inspiring works of art that encourage hope, dreams, and community connection!
