Attendees are invited to experience a one-minute Taoist form that inspires rejuvenation to balance body weight and metabolism. H3 was created to address the immediate and enduring fears of being newly diagnosed with cancer, and provides multi-faceted support to deal with post-treatment side effects, short and long term. H3’s commitment to wellness is well aligned with the mission and vision of The Betsy’s community engagement program, and this is the first of three events H3 and The Betsy Hotel will co-present in Fall, 2024.
