Site Visit: ITB 2024-002-LB MBCC COOLING TOWER ROOF REPLACEMENT

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on January 11, 2024, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com).   By means of this ITB, the City is seeking roofing services for the replacement of the cooling tower roof at the Miami Beach Convention Center (“MBCC”).

A site visit is scheduled for December 12, 2023, at 10:00 am, at the following location. Attendance is not mandatory.

1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139. The meeting point and parking will be at the south side corner of the MBCC on Convention Center Drive.

The City utilizes Periscope S2G (formerly known as BidSync) (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Proposer who has received this ITB by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB.
