By means of this ITB, the City is seeking an experienced and qualified firm to provide renovation services.
A site visit will be held on September 05, 2023, at 10:00 AM ET
Location: Collins Park, 2100 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL. 33140 (Southwest corner of 22nd St. and Collins Ave.)
The City utilizes Periscope S2G (formerly known as BidSync) (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Proposer who has received this ITB by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of proposal submitted.
