Site Visit ITB 2023-265-ND, 23rd Street Complete Streets Improvements Project

Electronic responses will be received through Periscope S2G (formerly BidSync) until 3:00 P.M. ET on May 4, 2023. By means of this ITB, the City seeks Proposals from, construction firms to provide construction services for the construction of the 23rd Street Complete Streets Improvements Project.
A site visit is scheduled to be held for Wednesday, March 29, 2023, @ 10:00 A.M. ET at the following address: Intersection of Park Avenue and 23rd Street, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 29, 2023, @ 2:00 P.M. ET Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:

The City utilizes Periscope S2G (www.periscopeholdings.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Proposer who has received this ITB by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to assure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of proposal submitted.
