SECOND PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 2023-479-KB MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF A HIGH-END BEACH ESTABLISHMENT

SECOND PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING. Due to an inadvertent error that caused interested parties not to be notified of the first mandatory pre-proposal meeting held on June 28, 2023, the City has scheduled a second pre-proposal meeting to be held on July 12, 2023. The second pre-proposal meeting is mandatory for bidders that did not attend the first pre-proposal meeting. Bidders that attended the first mandatory pre-proposal meeting may but are not required to attend the second pre-proposal meeting. All bidders, or a bidder’s representative, must have been present at either the pre-proposal meeting held on June 28, 2023, or the pre-proposal meeting to be held on July 12, 2023. Attendance at both pre-proposal meetings is allowed but not required.

Following the optional site visit, the second pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 12, 2023 at 11:00am via web conference (Microsoft Teams). Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting is mandatory for those bidders that did not attend the first pre-proposal conference. Bidders that do not attend or have a representative attend at least one of the two pre-proposal meetings shall have their proposal(s) deemed non-responsive.
