Ribbon Cutting and Dedication Ceremony of Flag Box

Join Girl Scout Troup 2013, along with the Veterans of Foreign Wars Miami Beach Post 3559 and City of Miami Beach, for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the permanent flag box at Canopy Park.
The flag box will serve the public as a patriotic receptacle for tattered, torn and faded flags. The Scouts and Veterans will care for the flags placed in the flag box and oversee their proper retirement at camping and other patriotic events.
