DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on March 4, 2024, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals from qualified disaster debris monitoring contractor(s) to provide technical expertise and guidance to support the City during emergency recovery efforts following declared disaster event(s).

A Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled to be held for February 8, 2024, @ 1:30 P.M. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
