SITE VISITS (Non-Mandatory): It is not mandatory that a representative of the firm attend this walk-thru in order to qualify to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation. However, prior to submitting its proposal, it is advisable that the vendor visit the site of the proposed work and become familiar with any conditions which may in any manner affect the work to be done or affect the equipment, materials, and labor required. The vendor is also advised to examine carefully the specifications and to become thoroughly aware of any and all conditions and requirements that may in any manner affect the work to be performed under the contract. No additional allowances will be made because of a lack of knowledge of these conditions.
THE CITY WILL PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION AND ACCESS TO THE FACILITIES CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC DURING THIS SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME ONLY.

Departure Schedule: January 3, 2024, departing promptly at 8:00 AM. It is anticipated that the tour for this day will return at approximately 5:00PM.
The tour will continue to unvisited facilities on January 4, 2024, departing promptly at 8:00AM. It is anticipated that the tour for this day will return at approximately 2:00PM.
The remaining facilities will be toured on January 5, 2024, departing promptly at 8:00AM and returning at approximately 2:00PM.
