The City of Miami Beach is hosting an in person meeting to discuss the proposed R-PS4 Height Incentive for conversion from Hotel to Residential Use. The applicant will be present to provide details and answer questions regarding the proposed ordinance, which seeks to encourage the redevelopment of hotels on properties zoned R-PS4 into residential structures.
