Proposal Due Date Pursuant to ITB 2024-305-WG Miami Beach Convention Center LED Video Walls

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on July 1, 2024, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). By means of this ITB, the City is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide a turnkey solution, providing all necessary components, including displays, electrical, and data infrastructure, from design to mounting the panels, connecting data and power, and ensuring seamless functionality.
A site visit is scheduled to be held for June 10, 2024 May 30, 2024, @ 9:30 A.M. ET at the following address: Miami Beach Convention Center, 1901 Convention Ctr Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139, Southwest Entrance. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.
A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for June 10, 2024 May 30, 2024, @ 11:00AM. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
