How can Miami Beach’s resilience code and private property adaption program spark resilience actions?
The City of Miami Beach and the University of Miami are co-hosting the Salon Series focused on resilience. Expert panelists will discuss topics private property resilience such as incentivizing action, sharing resources from local, federal and state programs, and expanding awareness of ways to reduce the risk of flooding. The Private Property Adaptation Program, Buoyant City report and the Resiliency + Preservation efforts will be highlighted.

the credit will need to sign in at the beginning and end of the session and provide their architectural license or

Parking: The Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC) Campus offers an on-site parking garage for event
attendees. Parking is located on the 4th and 5th levels (uncovered) of the garage and can be accessed from 1901
Convention Center Drive (West) or 2000 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (East). Parking can be validated
at the front sign-in desk. Valet service is available, and accessible parking is located on the rooftop level.
