REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) No. 2025-218-ND
Operation of Congregate Senior Meal Site Program located at South Shore Community Center
Miami Beach, Florida
Electronic responses will be received through Bidnet Direct until 3:00 PM on April 14, 2025. This RFP requests proposals from a suitable partner to negotiate a short-term lease or management agreement for the construction, management, and operation of a padel/pickleball facility on the rooftop of parking garage G5 and/or G9.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for March 13, 2025 @ 10:30 a.m. Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Bidders interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
