Preproposal Conference Pursuant to RFQ 2024-033-WG Insurance Broker of Record

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on January 25, 2024, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). By means of this RFQ, the City seeks statements of qualifications from qualified brokers to provide insurance brokerage services.
A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled to be held on January 8, 2024, @ 10:00 AM. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:

The City utilizes Periscope S2G (formally known as BidSync) (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this RFQ. Any prospective Proposer who has received this RFQ by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this RFQ. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of proposal submitted.
