Preproposal Conference Pursuant to ITB 2024-006-WG for Water, Sanitary, Storm, and Street Light Utility Locating Services

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on December 7, 2023, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com).   By means of this ITB, the City seeks proposals from qualified, experienced, and professional firm(s) to provide utility location marking services for the City of Miami Beach’s underground and subaqueous utilities located within the City’s service area and municipal boundaries as stipulated herein.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2023, @10:00AM.  Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:

The City utilizes Periscope S2G (formally known as BidSync) (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Proposer who has received this ITB by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB.
