REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) No. 2024-010-ND

PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES FOR ARTS AND CULTURE

Miami Beach, Florida

 Electronic responses will be received through Periscope S2G (formerly BidSync) until 3:00 PM on March 18, 2024.  The purpose of this RFQ is to request proposals from qualified public relations firms interested in being considered for public relations services for arts and culture for the City of Miami Beach Tourism and Culture Department, Art in Public Places Programs and Office of Marketing and Communications.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for February 14, 2024 @ 1:30 p.m. Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.  Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:

The City utilizes Periscope S2G (www.periscopeholdings.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this RFQ. Any prospective Proposer who has received this RFQ by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to assure it receives any addendum issued to this RFQ. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of proposal submitted.
