Electronic responses will be received through Periscope S2G (formerly BidSync) until 3:00 PM on April 23, 2024. The purpose of this ITN is to request proposals from qualified firms interested in establishing a contract with the City for municipal circulator transit services to enhance mobility in Miami Beach.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for March 25, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Bidders interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:

Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of proposal submitted.
