Management and Operation of the Collins Park Rotunda
Miami Beach, Florida
Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on January 29, 2024, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). The purpose of this ITN is to seek proposals from public or private (not-forprofit or for-profit) entities to activate the Rotunda by developing and implementing arts and cultural uses for the facility, which should focus on high-quality programs that meet the interests of residents, visitors, tourists, businesses, and the general public.
A Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled to be held for January 9, 2024, @ 3:00 P.M. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:

The City utilizes Periscope S2G (formerly known as BidSync) (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITN. Any prospective Proposer who has received this ITN by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to assure it receives any addendum issued to this ITN. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of proposal submitted.
