WATER TAXI SERVICE

Electronic responses will be received through Bidnet Direct until 3:00 PM on May 5, 2025. This RFQ seeks qualified firms to design, implement, and operate a network of interconnected water taxi routes that enhance mobility, reduce roadway congestion, and integrate seamlessly with the City’s existing public transportation system.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for April 2, 2025 @ 11:00 a.m. Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Bidders interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
