Pre-Proposal Conference REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) No. 2023-258-WG EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on April 7, 2023, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). By way of this RFP the City seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide confidential and professional EAP services to eligible employees and their dependents.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled to be held on March 8, 2023, @ 11:00AM. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
