INDIAN CREEK BIKE LANE PROJECT

Electronic responses will be received through Periscope S2G (formerly BidSync) until 3:00 p.m. ET on September 26, 2024. By means of this ITB, the City seeks Proposals from construction firms to provide construction services for the Indian Creek Bike Lane Project.
A site visit is scheduled to be held for Tuesday, September 3, 2024, @ 10:00 A.M. ET at the following address: Intersection of Indian Creek Drive and 30th Street, Miami Beach, FL 33140. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 3, 2024, @ 2:00 P.M. ET Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Bidders interested in participating in the Pre-Bid Meeting must follow these steps:

The City utilizes Periscope S2G (www.periscopeholdings.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of the proposal submitted.
