Pre-Bid Meeting ITB 2024-458-ND, Citywide LED Lighting Upgrade Project

Electronic responses will be received through Periscope S2G (formerly BidSync) until 3:00 P.M. ET on July 16, 2024.  By means of this ITB, the City seeks Proposals from, construction firms to provide construction services for the Citywide LED Lighting Upgrade Project.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 25, 2024, @ 10:00 A.M. ET Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.  Bidders interested in participating in the Pre-Bid Meeting must follow these steps:

The City utilizes Periscope S2G (www.periscopeholdings.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of proposal submitted.
