Pre-Bid Meeting ITB 2024-103-LB Catering Services for Emergency Events

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on January 5, 2024, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com).   By means of this ITB, the City is seeking contractors to provide catering services to the City of Miami Beach during emergency events.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for December 14, 2023, at 9:00AM. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via conference call and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
