The 73rd Street Bridge is located between Dickens avenue and Wayne avenue within the Biscayne Point neighborhood. According to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Bridge Inspection Reports from April 30, 2016, to April 7, 2020, this bridge has consistently received a sufficiency rating of 61. Since the rating is below FDOT recommended minimum threshold of 70, improvements are proposed to bring the bridge into compliance.
