Pre-bid Meeting – ITB 2023-243-DF HVAC Water Treatment Service, Routine Testing, and Inspections

The City is seeking bids from qualified water treatment firms to establish a contract for the City’s HVAC systems water treatment program, related inspections, annual certifications, installation, and as-needed services for cooling towers, closed-loop systems, open loop hot and hot and chilled water HVAC systems. The City currently has approximately nine (9) locations requiring services under this ITB.
