Pre-Bid Meeting ITB 2023-034-LB – MIAMI BEACH MAGAZINE PRINTING AND BULK MAILING SERVICES

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on May 19, 2023, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). By means of this ITB, the City seeks a fixed price from qualified bidders to provide Miami Beach (MB) magazine printing and bulk mailing services. The Bidder must provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform said services. Interested bidders may submit pricing for Group A: Non-Recycled Paper or Group B: Recycled Paper for the MB Magazine.
A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled to be held on April 27, 2023, at @10:00 AM. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via teleconference and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting may join as follows:
