Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm ET on October 28, 2024, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com).   By means of this ITB, the City is seeking an experienced and qualified firm to provide water main replacement services, as specified in the ITB.

A pre-bid conference will be held on October 01, 2024, at 3:00 PM ET. Attendance for the pre-bid conference shall be via web conference or telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.
