Blood Orange Sherbet With Milk Chocolate Fudge
Flavors harmonize and contrast, and play beautiful music on your tastebuds. Florida oranges take the lead as we layer blood-orange sherbet atop orange-zested ice cream folded in a single-origin chocolate ganache with a milk chocolate fudge. All in, this flavor is a fugue of elegant subtlety, feverish elation, and velvety indulgence. This flavor is best paired with live jazz, available right here in Miami at New World Symphony’s I Dream A World Festival celebrating the composer Mary Lou Williams.
