Musicians’ Forums are NWS BLUE Projects. Standing for Build, Learn, Understand and Experiment, the NWS BLUE program is a combination of leadership and entrepreneurship training and hands-on experimentation that provides Fellows with a comprehensive skill set to complement their musical training.
