This 1 hour experiential workshop will give you: -Brief historical background on the chosen rhythm of the day -Basic training in the rhythmic integrity to play in a percussion ensemble and sound good -The opportunity to learn a new skill in a fun and supportive environment -A taste of how we learn in the Bateria Saideira performance group -A chance to consider joining the upcoming Bateria Academy Series where you can study a single instrument in depth and begin your journey to speak drum Our workshops are limited to only 40 people, and pre-registration is highly recommended*.
