With an impressive 27-year career at the Miami Beach Police Department, Chief Jones has worked his way up from patrol officer to deputy chief, embodying dedication and excellence at every level.
From pioneering the nationally recognized Homeless Resource Officer Program to spearheading the innovative Rapid DNA Pilot Program, Chief Jones has left an indelible mark on our community’s safety and progress. Join us in honoring his achievements and celebrating this remarkable chapter in Miami Beach’s law enforcement history.
The ceremony will take place on August 31, 2023, at 10 a.m. at the New World Center, located at 500 17 Street, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
