ITB 2025-008-MP, Pressure Washing Services

Since 2020, the City has had an agreement for pressure washing services that is set to expire on March 17, 2025. The City’s estimated annual budget for these services is $340,000.00. In order to replace this current contract, the City is seeking bids from qualified contractors by means of sealed bids for pressure washing services of city garages in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed herein and more specifically in Appendix A.

Interested firms may submit a bid response for Group 1: Pressure Washing services based on price per service, or Group 2: Additional services, or both.
