• How to determine your Area Mean Income (AMI)
• How to obtain the best loan
• Government assistance programs with down payment and closing costs in the City of Miami Beach
This 8-hour HUD-certified workshop is for Miami Beach residents only. The workshop is funded by the City of Miami Beach Community Development Block Grant Program.
