Evaluation Committee Meeting – RFQ 2023-051-WG – Mobile Parking Payment System

Through the RFQ process, the City is seeking proposals from qualified providers of a mobile payment solution that enables parking payments for the City’s on-street and off-street facilities via phone, mobile applications, and/or text. The mobile payment system shall be capable of providing real-time web-enabled interfaces with the proprietary platforms described above. The mobile payment system is intended to support existing payment options. The following parking payment systems are in place: multi-space pay stations, municipal permit programs, including business and residential permits, gated revenue control system, and a license plate recognition (LPR) mobile enforcement system.
