Evaluation Committee Meeting – RFP 2025-210-DF – Speed Detection Camera System for School Zones

The City of Miami Beach is requesting proposals from qualified Bidders for a school zone (SDS) program in accordance with Sec. 316.008(9), Florida Statutes. The Bidder shall provide and install all equipment and monitor the camera system for violations. The equipment and monitoring will be provided at no cost to the City with revenue sharing of any collections. The Bidder must implement school zone speed detection systems in accordance with Florida State Statute 316.0776, 316.008(9), and all applicable other laws, ordinances, and administrative orders.
