By means of this ITB, the City is seeking to establish a contract, by means of sealed bids, with a qualified firm(s) to provide uniforms and related items, on an as-needed basis, to the City’s Parks and Recreation, Code Compliance, Public Works, Building and other departments.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled to be held on June 21, 2023, @10:00AM. Attendance for the pre-bid meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Bidders interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
The City utilizes Periscope S2G (formally known as BidSync) (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Bidder who has received this ITB by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to assure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of bid submitted.
