A site visit is scheduled to be held for Monday, June 24, 2024, @ 10:00 A.M. ET at the following address: Intersection of Park Avenue and 23rd Street, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 24, 2024, @ 2:00 P.M. ET Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.
The City utilizes Periscope S2G (www.periscopeholdings.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Bidder who has received this ITB by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to assure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of proposal submitted.
