Through this RFQ, the City of Miami Beach is seeking to engage a consulting firm with extensive experience in the design and Administration of market research for governmental organizations to conduct community satisfaction surveys. The surveys will be used to gather crucial data in the form of general feedback and input from our residents and businesses on their level of satisfaction with City services, refine and develop priority areas for our organization, and produce actionable recommendations for improvements to our services.
